Salary: £54,000 - £62,220 per annumAbout the Role

In this role, you will oversee the preceptorship program, supporting new midwives and enhancing practice development. You will also contribute to education and training, ensuring our midwives receive the best possible support.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement placement opportunities across various disciplines, ensuring alignment with local and national agendas.
  2. Contribute to high-quality clinical areas by identifying areas of good practice and establishing staff development needs.
  3. Provide leadership and support for clinical practice development, offering expertise in midwifery and clinical guidance.
  4. Manage and provide clinical support on a rotational basis.
