Heavy Plant Machinery Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Groundwork Specialist to join our team on a dynamic construction project in Wrington, North Somerset.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating heavy plant machinery, such as excavators, dumpers, and rollers, for groundwork activities. This role is essential to the successful execution of groundwork and plant operations, requiring attention to safety, teamwork skills, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy plant machinery for groundwork activities.
• Work from project specifications and follow the directions of site supervisors and foremen.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Plant Operator Tickets (e.g., CPCS or NPORS) - essential for operating machinery.
• CSCS Card - required for site access.
• Experience in Groundworks - ideally with a focus on site preparation and foundation work.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a 6-month project with a salary of £150-£200 per day. The successful candidate will receive a competitive daily rate, reflecting their experience and qualifications.
