Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and planned maintenance schedule of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Contract Manager in delivering the contract and project works, ensuring all maintenance work is carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), liaising with the Assistant Facilities Manager/Helpdesk as necessary.
  • Liaise with the Facilities and Cleaning Manager to ensure best practice and guidance is shared and followed.
  • Supervise all M&E sub-contractors on site, including induction and safe systems of work.
  • Perform site and engineering audits to ensure the planned preventative maintenance scheduling is relevant.
  • Provide building Electrical and other work stream task completion to site and support the Contract Manager.
  • Support out-of-hours response in emergency situations and support engineering call out rota as and when necessary.

Requirements

  • Evident supervisory experience (ILM or equivalent desirable).
  • Formal Electrical Qualifications (LV/HV knowledge highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of compliance and Health & Safety (IOSH desirable).
  • Client-focused skills.
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
