Job Title - Shift Manager
Location - Cambridge
Salary - £55,000 per annum
Shift - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
TecRec, a leading engineering recruitment specialist, is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join their team at a critical site in Cambridge. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day engineering team and ensuring the site operates smoothly and safely.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a lead engineer or supervisor role and be looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to have a technical background (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC) and over 5 years of experience working in facilities, building services, or maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day engineering team
- Ensure site operations run smoothly and safely
- Manage and maintain facilities and equipment
