About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Service Technician to join our team at phs Group. As a key member of our Healthcare division, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our customers' facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive to our customers' locations on prearranged routes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Empty Euro Bins containing offensive waste and collect Pharmaceutical waste, Hazardous waste, and Sharps containers.
  • Support Covid testing stations by collecting sealed waste and replace, empty other products within our customers' Healthcare facilities.
  • Complete hazardous Consignment notes/Transfer notes and return to the allocated depot daily to empty the waste from the vehicle.

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Not have DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in the past 5 years.
  • Preferably hold a current ADR Class 6, 6.1 & 6.2.
  • Be able to work flexibly between the hours of 6am and 6pm, 40 hours per week.
