Healthcare Service Technician Job Description

**Job Summary**

As a Healthcare Service Technician at phs Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of our customers' facilities. Your excellent customer service skills will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you will be the face of our company in their eyes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive to our customers' locations on a prearranged route, ensuring that you arrive on time and complete your tasks efficiently.
* Empty Euro Bins containing offensive waste, collect pharmaceutical waste, hazardous waste, and sharps containers, and support Covid testing stations by collecting sealed waste.
* Replace, empty, and maintain other products within our customers' healthcare facilities.
* Complete hazardous consignment notes and transfer notes, and return to your allocated depot to empty the waste from the vehicle.

**Requirements**

* Hold a full UK manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points.
* Not have DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in the past 5 years.
* Preferably hold a current ADR Class 6, 6.1 & 6.2.
* Be able to work flexibly between the hours of 6am and 6pm, 40 hours per week.

**Annual Leave**

You will receive 31 days' annual leave (inclusive of Christmas Day), which you can book throughout the holiday year. Bank holidays are normal working days, except for Christmas Day.
