Job Title: Full Time

At Poole Bay Holdings Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our paid advertising strategy forward, identifying areas of opportunity, and implementing changes to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize PPC accounts and paid advertising campaigns, including shopping campaigns.
  • Create, implement, and test campaigns across various platforms, including Google and Microsoft/Bing.
  • Analyze KPI results to identify opportunities and propose actions to improve performance.
  • Ensure campaigns stay within budget or exceed performance targets.
  • Run improvement tests to find optimal ways of investing for improved performance.
  • Apply best practices on all paid advertising channels.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in pay-per-click (PPC) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including shopping and merchant centre management.
  • Knowledge and working hands-on with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and shopping campaigns.
  • Ability to gather, manipulate, and analyze data to inform decisions.
