About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Part Time Chef/Cook to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Antrim. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking breakfast, group diners, and main menu items
  • Deep cleaning the kitchen and maintaining all kitchen records
  • Working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a busy kitchen as a Chef or Cook
  • Flexible approach to hours and a can-do attitude
  • Cooking qualification and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
