Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer, CT Imaging

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our national team. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems located at hospital and healthcare centers throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and maintenance of MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Continuously develop and improve technical knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments
  • Field service experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device or medical imaging sector
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
