Medical Field Service Engineer, X-ray Imaging
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced X-ray medical imaging systems at hospitals and healthcare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the medical imaging industry.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of X-ray medical imaging systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a field service capacity, preferably in a medical imaging or biomedical environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of X-ray medical imaging systems and related equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
