YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing tailored support to our residents, ensuring that we deliver exceptional, person-focused care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
  • Assisting the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and reviews.
  • Upholding the dignity and preferences of residents while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.

YOUR PROFILE
To qualify for this role, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We seek individuals with a solid understanding of elderly clinical care. Ideal candidates will be compassionate, warm-hearted, and dedicated to providing personalized care and support. There are ample opportunities for career advancement through continuous training, with many Senior Care Assistants progressing to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
