Senior Night Care Lead
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Night Care Lead to join our team at Brook View, a leading care home in Ferndown, Dorset.
As a Senior Night Care Lead, you'll play a key role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff.
You'll work closely with our Nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.
About You
You'll have at least two years of experience working within adult care, ideally within a similar role, and be qualified for NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
You'll be a team player, willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed. You'll be organised, hard-working, and resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun.
