Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Administration Manager to join our team within our office based on the outskirts of Haywards Heath. As an integral member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and maintaining a positive working environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of the office, including procurement and maintenance of office supplies.
- Co-ordination of regular meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
- Management of the HR online portal and provision of HR support to staff.
- Development and implementation of HR policies.
- Administration of office operations and processes.
- Negotiation of contracts and prices with suppliers.
