Night Shift Hospitality Associate

We're currently recruiting for a Night Shift Hospitality Associate to work in our Swanley Premier Inn. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our overnight guests, ensuring their safety and comfort during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure their needs are met
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel's safety and security
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to deliver excellent customer service
