Job Opportunity: Digital Learning Designer Skills Coach
Full-time, Hybrid Working
We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Designer Skills Coach to join our Delivery Team at LDN Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will have a passion for digital learning and a desire to pass their knowledge on to a new generation of learning designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help review, develop, and deliver the learning content and delivery model for our apprenticeship programme.
- Support apprentices through their learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Deliver regular coaching sessions and progress reviews for all apprentices and ensure that employers are up to date with apprentice progress.
- Comply with quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements:
- Experience of digital learning design theory and practice.
- Previous work experience in digital learning design, with a good working knowledge of either academic or commercial learning design projects.
- Good IT skills, ability to use MS Office, Learner Management Systems, etc.
- Having experience in education or training is advantageous.
