Role Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Operations Specialist to join our team at NearTech Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, cloud computing, and DevOps.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ML workflows, automating model training and deployment, and ensuring the reliability and performance of AI-powered systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our cloud-based platform and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in MLOPs, cloud technologies, and machine learning.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing scalable ML workflows using tools like MLflow, Kubernetes, or Docker
• Automating model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into our cloud-based platform
• Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed models using AWS infrastructure

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, experience with MLOps tools and frameworks, and proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch are essential.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
