The successful candidate will be a dedicated SEN Primary Teaching Assistant looking to advance their career. Whether you are eager to continue as a SEN Teaching Assistant or seeking valuable experience on your journey to becoming a Teacher, Ribbons and Reeves are partnered with a thriving Primary School in Brent, London seeking a SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their faculty in the upcoming academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and inspirational Teaching Assistant to join a top London Primary School, with a minimum of a year's experience as a Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and knowledge of SEND, excellent communication, patience, and resilience skills, and a passion for Psychology and Education.

The Role
  • SEN Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant role
  • Assisting with Classroom Management and productive Classroom environment
  • Supporting SEN students' learning within a Primary School setting
  • Using your experience to drive your own initiative
  • Work in a whole class, small group, and 1:1 session
  • Effectively imitate the Class Teacher's lesson plans
  • Monday - Friday Full Time Role
  • £550-£575 per week

About You
  • Obtained at least a 2:1 in Psychology (or related areas) from a Top UK University
  • Has at least 1 year's experience working with SEN children (preferred)
  • Exhibit great understanding and knowledge of SEND
  • Communication, patience, and resilience skills
  • Possess a passion for Psychology and Education
