  • Other key tasks will include improving operational efficiency, driving projects to completion, and delivering industry-leading results.
  • The Lead Actuary will work with project heads to lead teams, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Candidates will also be expected to coach and counsel junior team members to help them develop.
