The Actuary Group is actively seeking a highly skilled Pension Scheme Consultant Leader to join its team. With the increasing complexity of pension schemes, this role requires an expert who can leverage market-leading expertise, scale, brand, and infrastructure to design and implement sophisticated actuarial solutions for clients.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing informed views on current topics and trends affecting clients, tailoring advice as appropriate to reflect these. You will also build your professional network and drive key business relationships to help identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities with new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging actuarial analysis to produce cashflows and buyout estimates, as well as researching market trends to set assumptions.

  • Experience working with DB pension schemes, either at a consultancy or an insurer.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of the broader UK pensions landscape.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Our hybrid working model offers the best of both worlds – home working as well as a collaborative office environment - meaning flexible working patterns to accommodate individual needs. Fantastic compensation, rewards, and benefits packages are available for ambitious candidates who are ready to upskill and help support the organisation's continued growth at this exciting time.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
