Job Description

We are seeking a Hydraulic Network Development Manager to join our UK Water business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK Water Industry and regulatory issues, as well as experience in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning and solution development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction Plan, flood alleviation and environmental solution development projects.
  • Ensuring quality of outputs and compliance with standards & specifications.
  • Managing and/or supporting project managers, to manage projects and programmes of works.
  • Supervising and developing staff, providing guidance to support their professional development.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects.
  • Experience in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning and solution development.
  • Ability to check the work of others to provide quality assurance and drive continuous improvement in work delivered to the client.
