**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting franchise owners with purchasing, distribution, and supply chain issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Log all incoming enquiries through the Support Desk into the relevant system(s) accurately and in a timely manner, working towards company SLAs
* Coordinate and report on the relevant investigative feedback and responses for enquiries, via all available communication channels to ensure efficient stakeholder management
* Monitor product escalations from within the Support Desk system and access the system(s) each business day to ensure that any open tasks are acknowledged/updated/resolved
* Use systems available to generate reports to aid performance management of suppliers and distributors and ensure SLAs are maintained in regard to resolution times
* Perform ad hoc / reactive tasks as required and completed within agreed timescales
* Maintain an excellent and professional customer service experience

**Requirements**

* Experience of working in a Customer Service role
* Ability to commute to High Wycombe
* Excellent written & verbal skills
* Help desk customer service skills
