We are looking for a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Disability Evaluator. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to evaluate individuals with disabilities or health conditions and produce reports to determine their eligibility for benefits.

About the Job

As a Clinical Disability Evaluator, you will work on complex cases involving chronic pain disorders and neurological, physical, and mental health conditions. You will use your compassion and experience to help customers move forward with their lives.

  • You will conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face evaluations to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
  • You will produce Work Capability Evaluation (WCE) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person's eligibility for benefits.
  • You will develop your clinical knowledge and evaluation skills with the support of regular feedback and supervision.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid HCPC registration number.
  • At least 1 year of broad post-registration experience gained within or outside of the NHS.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Estimated Salary: £41,500 per annum
