Job Title: Pre-Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our Building Solutions Team at Fawkes & Reece. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Pre-Construction activities on traditional or design and build projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Pre-Construction activities from tender issue to handover to the operational team.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Construction team to ensure milestones are identified, monitored, and achieved.
  • Attend site visits to inform the detailed design and pricing process.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND/Degree in a construction or engineering subject.
  • Membership of a relevant body (CIOB, APM, CIAT, RICS).
  • Previous Pre-Construction experience on projects up to 10m.
  • Strong experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
