About the Role:
Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our Building Solutions Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of Pre-Construction Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate Pre-Construction activities for traditional or design and build projects, ensuring timely completion and successful handover to the operational team.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Construction team, including governance, commercial, estimating, planning, and design management, to identify, monitor, and achieve milestones.
- Attend site visits to review project progress and engage with designers and supply chain partners to inform detailed design and pricing processes.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND/Degree in a construction or engineering subject, or relevant professional membership (CIOB, APM, CIAT, RICS).
- Previous Pre-Construction experience on projects up to 10m, with strong leadership skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- A proven track record of successful multi-project delivery through effective team management.
- CSCS Card and Full UK Driver's Licence.
