Seasonal Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team at Lush. As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will be working at the forefront of our business, providing 5-star customer service and showcasing our beautiful products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Be a Lush Ambassador, championing our ethics and values during consultations and product demonstrations.
- Operate our till systems and handle cash transactions.
- Stock products on the shop floor, work delivery shifts, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Engage with customers through active listening, recommend products, and provide relevant information and demonstrations.
- Provide sit-down consultations and bespoke routines to fulfill customer needs, including hand and arm massages.
- Host bespoke parties tailored to our party guests' needs.
- Be adaptable and solutions-focused, as no two days in retail are the same.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide relevant product information.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle challenging situations, and work effectively under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues or complaints, finding appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
