Key Responsibilities:- Manage a busy pipeline of applications from submission to completion.
- Make sound discretionary lending decisions within an agreed risk appetite and lending policy.
- Exercise discretion on cases outside of standard lending policy.
- Obtain and retain a lending mandate.
- Previous manual underwriting experience.
- Equity Release underwriting experience is highly desirable.
- A customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude to constantly learning.
