Dedicated SEN Supporter for Children in EYFS and KS1

**Role Overview:**
SEN Teaching Assistant PositionWe are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience working in SEN schools or supporting children with additional needs in EYFS or KS1 settings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support children with SEN in EYFS and KS1, focusing on their individual needs and development.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCos to create effective learning plans and adapt them as needed.
- Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes growth and confidence.
- Contribute to student progress monitoring and review sessions.
- Assist with personal care and sensory needs where required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working in SEN schools or EYFS/KS1 settings.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies, including visual aids and sensory interventions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £95-£105 per day, paid term-time only. Additional benefits include exclusive retail discounts, transport contributions, CPD and training opportunities, long-term placements, and dedicated consultant support.
