Clinique Beauty Consultant Opportunity

About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to clients, recommending custom-fit routines and products to meet their individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.

Requirements:

  • A passion for beauty and customer service, with a desire to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
