Job Title: Consultant, Client Services

As a talented Clinique Consultant, you will be passionate about beauty and creating an exceptional customer experience that makes your clients feel valued, respected, connected, and confident while selling our market-leading products across skincare, makeup, and fragrance.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who can provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. You will have a desire to understand your clients' skin and makeup goals to confidently recommend custom-fit routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for each client.
  • Ensure that each client has a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Work with the rest of the team to create a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
