CDM Recruitment is seeking a Revenue Growth Specialist to join their team in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Build relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Prepare and present sales pitches and proposals to clients.
  4. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
  5. Travel to client sites and industry events as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension and holiday allowance. We offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
