Hotel General Manager Assistant

Paramount Personnel is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Reception area at this prestigious hotel in South Devon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating efforts with front-of-house colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a luxury hotel environment, collaborating with the Reception team to achieve business objectives and maximize Occupancy/Room Rates while maintaining and enhancing the hotel's reputation.
Key Responsibilities

- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong customer service abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess a warm, approachable personality and confidence when interacting with high-profile clients. They should also demonstrate a professional demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and sensitivity towards guests and colleagues.
Salary: £33,000 per annum, plus share of tips, 49-hour workweek, comprehensive company benefits, and possibility of live-in arrangements.
