Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers
* Ensure the pool area is clean and safe at all times
* Respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives

Requirements:

* NPLQ qualification or equivalent
* First Aid at Work
* Strong swimmer and able to attend a week-long training course
* Team-oriented approach and ability to work across organisation boundaries
* Flexible and adaptable
