We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Summerfields Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Conduct regular pool safety checks and respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
- Passion for the leisure industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
