Industrial Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving electrical/mechanical faults and breakdowns.
In this role, you will work closely with our maintenance planning team to manage projects, install new machinery, and perform preventative maintenance tasks. Your strong mechanical skills alongside electrical skills will enable you to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
This is a permanent position based in Skegness, offering a competitive salary of £32,500 per annum, along with additional benefits including company pension scheme, online GP service, life assurance, employee assistance program, and My Benefits platform.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience as an Electrical or Mechanical maintenance engineer or Fitter, with project and maintenance planning experience being highly desirable. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
