Industrial Maintenance Specialist Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Skegness, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operation of production processes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
