Employee Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at KA Leisure. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services, providing proactive and responsive support to both the HR team and other stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee documentation in line with company regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding employee data protection.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support throughout the employee lifecycle.
KA Leisure offers a competitive remuneration package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
