Role Overview

Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Location: Edinburgh

Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our Starbucks store in Edinburgh. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team is operating smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

You will play a key part in ensuring our customers leave feeling satisfied, leading and engaging the team, and getting involved with making beverages, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.

This role may require late night working and closing of the store, so the successful candidate will be 18 years or over.
