We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our dynamic primary healthcare team. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with GPs.
  • Participate in chronic disease management initiatives and assist in the mentoring of Health Care Assistants.
  • Stay informed about relevant healthcare policies and protocols, including the GMS contract and Quality and Outcomes Framework.

About Our Practice:

We are a reputable 28,000-patient GP Practice operating across three sites in Marlow. Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and provides a supportive environment for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths
  • Qualified to NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care

Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
