Job Title: Head of Used Vehicle Consumer Excellence Programme

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Used Vehicle Consumer Excellence Programme. As Head of Used Vehicle Consumer Excellence Programme, you will be responsible for driving and motivating our sales teams to achieve exceptional results, while working closely with our General Managers and Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor our Regional Team to ensure Group and Brand Standards are met to the highest standards.
  • Support and liaise with our General Manager's across the Group, designing and rolling out initiatives to support performance.
  • Analyse, research, and collate data and insights from a range of channels, presenting back information using different presentation tools.
  • Foresee potential challenges and use initiative to bring motivation and new ideas to your team and division.
  • Take and follow up on actions decided at various meetings, reporting back on progress and escalating issues.

Requirements:

  • A track record of delivering turnover and net profit growth.
  • A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to influence change and lead remotely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
