About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure, supporting the delivery of Electrification and Plant (E&P) renewals across the Southern region.

The successful candidate will lead the commercial management of projects, working closely with customers and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery, compliant with contractual terms, and meet business plan commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all costs related to projects in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Engage with our supply chain partners to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with projects, clients, and commercial team members to achieve commercial performance objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in rail infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Good level of IT proficiency and a thorough knowledge of cost management software and tools.
