Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a Breakfast Commis Chef, you will play a key role in the efficient running of our breakfast service, working closely with senior chefs to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the efficient running of the breakfast service by following instructions from senior chefs.
  • Help with receiving, checking, and storing breakfast ingredients.
  • Learn and practice various cooking methods under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by sanitizing equipment and workstations.
  • Observe and participate in different sections of the kitchen to gain comprehensive knowledge.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and support the kitchen team. You should possess foundational knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards.
