Job Title: Personal Care Providers

Salary: £13.50 per hour, Bank Holiday Rate: £20.25 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and skilled Personal Care Providers to join our team and deliver exceptional care and support services to customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and confidence in the care provided
  • Stay up-to-date with best practice in care and support services, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements: Experience in care and support services, good communication skills, flexible approach to hours and contracts, full driving licence, and own transport are essential for this role.

What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate, mileage allowance, guaranteed and contracted hours, 28 days holiday per year (pro rata), paid training, free uniform, and access to funded training courses.
