Enterprise Sales Specialist

KM Recruitment is a leading UK-wide recruiter specialising in the Skills & Employability sectors.
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team, responsible for promoting Apprenticeship programmes to businesses across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to showcase our clients' offerings of Apprenticeship programmes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to maximise opportunities for learner starts.
- Manage daily tasks using our internal CRM systems.
- Conduct Organisational Needs Analysis to meet employer requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Report sales data and insights on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with policy changes, funding updates, and industry expectations.
- Achieve revenue targets.
Salary Details:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonus potential.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employer engagement or business development roles, focusing on Apprenticeships or employability programmes.
- Ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively.
- History of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanour.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel extensively.
