About the Role

As a Junior Estimator with Cityscape Recruitment, you will be working closely with our clients to provide cost advice and deliver high-quality tender submissions. Your expertise in RC frame and groundwork will be essential in assisting with take-offs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and cost estimates for RC frame and groundwork projects
  • Collaborate with senior estimators to develop and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Provide cost advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data for cost estimates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in RC frame and groundwork
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of various forms of contracts
  • Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or related field
