Estates Property Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Building Surveyor to join our team at Marlborough College. As a key member of our Estates team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and upkeep of our historic properties, including residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of CAD drawings and building inspections to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Management of maintenance schedules and contract administration to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Preparation of statutory applications and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or education environment.
- MRICS or MCIOB qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
