Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our Estates team at Marlborough College. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our extensive estate, which includes over 150 properties, several of which are listed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of CAD drawings and building inspections to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Statutory applications and preparation of schedules to facilitate efficient property maintenance.
- Contract administration and management of property maintenance projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in managing maintenance in a corporate or education environment.
- Qualified to a minimum of MRICS or MCIOB.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
