Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Estates team at Marlborough College.
About the Role: As a Building Surveyor in our Estates team, you will be responsible for preparing CAD drawings, conducting building inspections, and administering contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare CAD drawings for building projects
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage statutory applications and prepare schedules for building projects
- Administer contracts and ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of MRICS or MCIOB qualification and at least 3 years post-qualification experience in managing maintenance in a corporate or education environment.
