Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that service users' needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and children.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for some roles).

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • Mileage reimbursement at 30p per mile.
