Job Title: Adults Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Officer to join our team at Hexagon Housing Association. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents.

About the Role:
  • Provide front-line customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and address the needs of vulnerable residents, ensuring they receive the support and services they require.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote the work of Hexagon and enhance our services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
