Job Title: Adults Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Adults Officer to join our team at Axcis Education Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the scheduling and coordination of the statutory annual review process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage the annual review process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Support the effective provision of school office administration, utilizing regulatory knowledge to meet the needs of TreeHouse School.
  • Manage and organize pupil appointments, including informing parents/carers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate meetings, training rooms, and other events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide administrative support to the reception team, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Formal administrative/reception qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SEND code of practice and annual review process.
  • Experience working within a similar SEND organization/school/charity environment.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative to plan and manage workload.
